1. The Product
Zappy is a digital product providing lifetime access to a curated library of approximately 18,000 short-form video ("reels") assets intended for use on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels and similar platforms. Access is delivered electronically by email after successful checkout.
2. License
Upon purchase you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the reels in your own social media content, including for commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim ownership of the raw asset library itself.
3. Payment & Delivery
All payments are processed securely via Shopify. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Delivery of download links is automated and typically instant; in rare cases delivery may take up to a few hours.
4. No Refunds
Due to the instant digital nature of the product, all sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Zappy for anything unlawful, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to revoke access for material breach of these terms without refund.
6. Disclaimer of Results
Zappy does not guarantee any specific follower growth, engagement, income, or business results. Outcomes depend entirely on your niche, effort, and marketing strategy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zappy and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
