Zappy is a digital product delivered instantly by email upon successful checkout. Because the product is downloadable and cannot be "returned" once accessed, all sales are final.
1. No Refunds, No Exchanges
By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will receive immediate access to the entire 18,000-reel library.
- No refund, return, exchange, credit, or chargeback reversal will be granted after payment.
- This applies regardless of whether the download link has been opened or the files have been used.
2. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement download link or partial credit in the following limited cases:
- Duplicate charge: if you were accidentally charged twice for the same order.
- Non-delivery: if you did not receive access within 24 hours and support cannot resolve the delivery issue.
3. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting support@usezappy.com is considered a breach of these terms and may result in immediate license revocation and the account being blocked from future purchases.

5. Acceptance
Completing checkout at usezappy.com constitutes your acceptance of this Refund Policy in full.
